What does the app show?

An index from 0 to 100 and 5 levels for the world situation. It sums up six risk hotspots: war & nuclear, pandemics, AI risk, nature & space, unrest & coups, and financial markets.

Is this an official warning?

No. In an emergency, follow official alerts and the instructions of the authorities.

How often are values updated?

Several times a day. The time of the last measurement is shown in the situation view below the gauge.

I do not receive alerts.

In the iPhone settings under Notifications, check that Doomsday Ark may send notifications. In the app, check in the Alerts tab that Push is on and send a test alert. Alerts are time-sensitive and also arrive in Focus mode if you allow it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

In the iPhone settings: your name, then Subscriptions, then Doomsday Ark. Or in the app under Settings, Manage subscription.

New iPhone: how do I get Pro back?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, then tap "Restore purchases" in the app settings.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my data?

In the app in the Alerts tab. Or write to us and we delete it. More in the privacy policy.
